What's the minimum number of people in a workshop?
There is no minimum to book a private workshop. However, we require at least 6 people for an after-hours workshop.
Do you allow outside alcohol and food?
We do NOT allow outside alcohol. However, you can upgrade any workshop to include alcohol. Email us at info@sydnichole.com for more information. We do allow outside food.
Do you offer workshop before 11am or after 6pm?
Yes, we do. We offer after-hour workshops for groups larger than 6 people. Email us at info@sydnichole.com to book.
Can you book a workshop for over 12 people?
Yes, email us at info@sydnichole.comfor groups larger than 12 people.
We don't have a car. How do we get to the store?
Syd Nichole is located at the east end of River street, and is convenient to walk to. You can also take the FREE DOT trolly, which drops off right in front of the store. We are located at the Eastern Wharf Bus stop on the trolly route.
Do you offer workshops on location?
We can bring Syd Nichole to you for additional costs. Email us at info@sydnichole.com for non-store workshop information.
I don't see a workshop that fits my party's theme. Can you do a custom workshop?
We sure do! We offer many workshops and are constantly adding new classes. Email us at info@sydnichole.comfor custom workshop themes/ideas.
Do we get to choose the flowers and colors for the workshop?
Yes, each person will get to choose their own flowers and colors. However, if you have any specific color or flower requests email us at info@sydnichole.com.
Can we cancel once booked?
Yes, we allow full refunds up to a week before the workshop date. We do NOT allow any refunds the week of the workshop date.
